Next Steps
We’re so happy you’re here and would love to connect with you! Whether you’re visiting for the first time or have been attending for a while, we’re excited to walk alongside you in your faith journey.
Membership in our church is deeply rooted in the teachings and practices of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). It’s more than attending services; it’s about becoming an active and essential part of the body of Christ, growing in faith, and living out God’s mission together.
What it means to be a member?
Becoming a member means joining together as a visible body of Christ to:
- Proclaim God’s Word and Administer the Sacraments – Share the Gospel and celebrate Baptism and Holy Communion as commanded by Christ (Matthew 16:13-20; Matthew 28:16-20).
- Witness God’s Love – Serve as living examples of Christ’s love to the community and the world (Romans 10:14, 17; Matthew 24:14).
- Uphold Scripture – Keep and teach God’s Word in its truth and purity (Galatians 1:6-8; II Timothy 4:1-5).
- Act in Orderly Unity – Work together in harmony, conducting all activities in a manner that reflects God’s order and grace (I Corinthians 14:40).
How to become a member?
The path to membership includes:
- Baptism – If you’re not already baptized, this is the first step into God’s family.
- Membership Class – Learn more about LCMS doctrine, core beliefs, and the mission of the church.
- Membership Celebration – Be welcomed into the congregation during a worship service.
